Information we may collect from you
The legal basis for processing the following information is our legitimate interests, namely the proper administration of our website and business.
Method of collection
(a) Information that you provide by filling in forms on our website www.sunrockbalconies.co.uk. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by Sunrock Balconies and when you report a problem with our site.
(b) If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
(c) We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.

Retaining and Deleting Data
All personal data will be retained for 8 years. At the end of this period it will be deleted from our systems if there has been no order placed with Sunrock Balconies within this 8 year period. However, this will also depend on any pending guarantee period, legal or insurance issue.
