Glass Balustrading by Sunrock Balconies on The Warren Abersoch November 2014 Sunrock Balconies have just completed the installation of glass balustrades on the sundeck of a holiday chalet on The Warren Holiday Park Abersoch. Opening of the New Platform for the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway at Porthmadog Harbour Transport Minister Edwina Hart officially opened the new £1.3 million station at Porthmadog harbour on May 22nd 2014 with Lord Dafydd Elis-Thomas – AM for Dwyfor Meirionnydd and F&WHR chairman Dr. John Prideaux, who said: “Rebuilding Harbour has been an ambitious project involving a huge number of volunteers, staff and excellent local contractors. “It called on skills more usually associated with the national network than with a heritage railway.” “Completing such a complex project on time and despite adverse conditions reflects huge credit on everyone involved.” Sunrock Balconies who installed all the glass balustrading were selected for their design and welsh connections.

Balconies, Balconies, Balconies – One House – Three Different Infinity Balconies Sunrock Balconies completed a balcony scheme in Aberscoch showcasing a number of different balconies with Infinity Glass – top fix on slate and face fix on the balcony, plus a new look slender juliet balcony.




A recently completed Glass Balcony scheme for a client in the Oldham area. This unique scheme has allowed for a first floor balcony with a ‘Barbican’ balustrade, tinted glass and steps leading into the garden, to be built on top of a sealed and extended deck area, creating an ideal rain-proof car-port.


Steel Balconies to Front and Rear of Property in the Lake District Sunrock Balconies completed the installation of two steel balconies with wooden handrails on a property in the Lake District. A stylish Juliet Balcony and a larger Steel Balcony both in the ‘Chelsea’ style with steel slatted balcony railings with hardwood handrails. (2017 -please note we no longer supply horizontal rail steel balustrades)


Balustrading and Boat Store in North Wales – Designed, Built & installed by Sunrock Balconies – July 2012 We were set the challenge of creating a boat store at sea level with safe access down steps in the cliff face from the headland property we had installed a glass balcony and infinity glass balustrade wall around the patio area. In addition there needed to be a way to easily haul boats into the store when the tide was out!. With our ability to fabricate steel we created a steel gate and balustrading to line the steps down to the sea where we created a boat rack store and added rails to the lower steps for when the tide is out.
